电梯控制系统是协调电梯各系统配合工作的指挥中枢。其性能的差异将对电梯运行的可靠性、安全性产生直接的影响。现代电梯控制一般都采用电气控制;在微电子技术高速发展的今天,电梯控制系统的功能、电气结构日益多样化。在此局面中,也出现了一些影响电梯技术发展的问题。 1 安全控制电梯控制技术的发展,始终与安全技术的发展紧密相连。当今电梯安全电气控制的重点是电气安全回路控制。其具体体现为由关键安全控制点设置的安全触点和安全电路组成的电气安全回路,对电梯驱动装置主控电器直接以硬件连接的控制。这种电路结构能够有效防止电磁干扰、软件程序错误对电梯关键安全控制环节的威胁,保证电梯关键安全控制电气环节的可靠性。

Its concrete manifestation is the safety circuit consisting of safety contacts and safety circuits set up by the key safety control points, and the control of the main drive electrical appliances of the elevator drive is directly controlled by the hardware. This circuit structure can effectively prevent the electromagnetic interference, the software program error on the key safety control of the elevator threat to ensure the reliability of the elevator key safety control of electrical links.
