随着经济全球化的不断发展,人力资源成为企业现代化发展最重要的一种资源,受到了企业越来越多的关注。人才竞争是新时代最重要的竞争,是人力资源综合素质的竞争。如何合理有效的开发和管理人力资源、激发企业员工的工作积极性、提升企业的竞争力,这些都成为企业目前需要考虑的问题,这都是关系企业的发展和持续的重要因素。目前企业的人员流动性很大,人才流失情况严重,导致企业的效益低下,影响企业的发展。本文主要研究了企业劳务用工的创新管理,使企业可以留住人才,充分发挥他们的工作积极性,促进企业的发展。
With the continuous development of economic globalization, human resources have become the most important resource for the modernization of enterprises, and have drawn more and more attention from enterprises. Talent competition is the most important competition in the new era and the competition of the overall quality of human resources. How to develop and manage human resources in a reasonable and effective way, to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have become the problems that enterprises need to consider at present. All these are the important factors that affect the development and sustainability of enterprises. At present, the mobility of enterprises is very large and the brain drain is serious, leading to the inefficiency of enterprises and the development of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the innovative management of labor service in enterprises so that enterprises can retain their talents, give full play to their work enthusiasm and promote their development.
