亚洲国家使用中草药(traditional Chinese herb medicines,TCHMs)治疗疾病的历史悠久。中草药的活性成分通常在多个靶点发挥协同治疗作用,但其常规成分的疗效低于西药。中草药的复杂功效致使评价其疗效及阐明其作用机制极具挑战性,也阻碍了其被广泛认可与应用。代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,它通过研究大量低分子内源性代谢物的代谢途径反映机体的基础代谢状态。近年来,人们致力于利用代谢组学阐明中草药的疗效、探索其机制并确定可能的生物标记物,成果丰硕。本文对代谢组学研究结果进行归纳、分析和总结,为其在评估中草药药理作用和开展中草药代谢研究提供参考。
Asian countries have a long history of treating diseases with traditional Chinese herb medicines (TCHMs). The active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine usually exert a synergistic therapeutic effect on multiple targets, but the curative effect of conventional ingredients is lower than that of western medicine. The complex efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine led to evaluate its efficacy and clarify its mechanism of action is extremely challenging, but also hinder its widely recognized and applied. Metabolomics is an important part of the system biology, which studies the basal metabolic state of the body by studying the metabolic pathways of a large number of low-molecular endogenous metabolites. In recent years, people are committed to using metabolomics to elucidate the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine, explore its mechanism and identify possible biomarkers with fruitful results. In this paper, the results of metabonomics summarized, analyzed and summarized for its evaluation of Chinese herbal pharmacological effects and to provide a reference for the study of Chinese herbal medicine metabolism.
