绿色采购下的企业绩效评价与传统的企业绩效的不同之处主要体现在关注企业的战略性,更全面和动态地关注企业绩效。绿色采购的实施,依靠自身是无法实现的,需要协调企业和上下游企业,本企业不仅需要领导支持,同时需要建立良好的绿色文化,在整个公司形成绿色企业的氛围,与上下游企业建立良好的合作关系。所以,绿色采购下企业绩效需要从企业战略角度来制定,通过实施绿色采购来确定企业整体绩效的变化。
