开发了基于Matlab的焊件缺陷可视化软件,详细阐述了焊件三维建模、缺陷数据自动输入、缺陷自动显示、透明化处理和旋转角度调整等功能的创建过程。另外还设计了GUI界面,大大提高了缺陷的可视化效率。该可视化程序的开发把激光焊件的缺陷检测、分割、空间定位与空间位置可视化连接成一个有机的整体,可为实际的焊接接头检测和结构完整性评价提供有价值的参考信息。
The visualization software of weldment defects based on Matlab was developed. The creation process of three-dimensional model of weldment, automatic input of defect data, automatic display of defects, transparent treatment and rotation angle adjustment were elaborated. In addition, GUI interface is designed, which greatly improves the visualization efficiency of defects. The development of this visualization program visually links defects detection, segmentation, spatial positioning and spatial location of laser weldment into an organic whole, which can provide valuable reference information for the actual welding joint inspection and structural integrity assessment.
