目的:评价金荞麦片与左氧氟沙星对急性细菌性痢疾患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2011年3月—2015年3月间收治的急性细菌性痢疾患者70例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例;对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗组患者给予金荞麦片与左氧氟沙星治疗;比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、临床症状、体征缓解时间及不良反应的发生率的差异。结果:治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为97.1%高于对照组为77.1%(P<0.05),退热、大便恢复正常和里急后重等临床症状和体征缓解时间优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间安全性较好。结论:采用金荞麦片与左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾患者,其疗效较为突出,可迅速缓解患者临床症状和体征。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of buckwheat and levofloxacin in patients with acute bacillary dysentery. Methods: Seventy patients with acute bacillary dysentery admitted from March 2011 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin, while those in the treatment group were given Golden buckwheat and levofloxacin treatment; compared two groups of patients after treatment, the total effective rate, clinical symptoms, symptom relief time and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate after treatment was 97.1% in the treatment group and 77.1% in the control group (P <0.05), and the clinical symptoms and symptom relief time were better than those in the control group (P <0.05 ); Two groups of patients during treatment is safe. Conclusion: Buckwheat tablets and levofloxacin in patients with acute bacterial dysentery, the effect is more prominent, can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.
