本文给出了常温流化床中水平埋管的周向局部及平均换热系数的实验结果.结果表明,大颗粒床中水平埋管的局部换热系数分布及其随流化速度的变化规律与小颗粒床完全不同.大颗粒床中埋管周向换热系数分布呈“桃形”,后缘换热低于前缘.文中还给出局部换热随流化速度变化的规律.从大颗粒流化床的传热机理和动力学过程对流化床中水平埋管的局部换热进行了探讨.
In this paper, the experimental results of the local and average heat transfer coefficients of horizontal buried tubes in a fluidized bed at ambient temperature are presented. The results show that the local heat transfer coefficients of horizontal buried tubes in a large particle bed and its variation with the fluidization velocity Which is completely different from that of small particle bed.The distribution of circumferential heat transfer coefficient in large particle bed is “peach-shaped”, the trailing edge heat transfer is lower than the leading edge.The law of local heat transfer with fluidization velocity is also given.From the large particles The heat transfer mechanism and kinetic process of fluidized bed are discussed for the local heat transfer of horizontal buried pipe in fluidized bed.
