目的探讨外伤性虹膜根部断离的临床特点、修复时机和手术方法。方法外伤性虹膜根部断离38例(38眼),断离范围60°～80°。对其临床特点、修复时机和手术方法进行总结分析。结果所有的虹膜根部断离均得到修复,未出现并发症。术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形或椭圆形,复视症状消失。结论适时进行分段小切口拉出式缝合修复术可以恢复圆形瞳孔和其生理功能,黏弹剂、虹膜钩和缩瞳剂的应用有助于手术的顺利完成。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, repair timing and operation of traumatic iris root disconnection. Methods 38 cases (38 eyes) were separated from the root of traumatic iris, the range of break off was 60 ° ~ 80 °. The clinical features, repair timing and surgical methods were analyzed. Results All iris roots were severed, with no complications. After the pupil to restore the basic round or oval, diplopia symptoms disappear. Conclusion The application of segmental small incision pull-out suture repair can restore the circular pupil and its physiological function. The application of viscoelastic agent, iris hook and miotic agent is helpful to the successful completion of surgery.
