行动导向教学,是近几年来中国职业教育领域借鉴、吸收国外同业先进思想而形成的一种教学思想和理念。其主要内涵是以学生今后所从事的岗位能力需求为目标、以工作中的行动(任务)作为教学引导方向,围绕具体的岗位工作和企业生产任务的要求来设计、组织和实施教学活动。行动导向教学不仅适用于职业教育,其教学思想和理念更适合以提升职工岗位胜任力为目标的企业在职培训活动。不久前,北京市邮政教育培训中心运用行动导向教学法,组织房山区邮政局的二级支行长和理财经理共30人,开展了管理者胜任力培训活动,取得了非常好的效果,有
Action-oriented teaching is a teaching philosophy and concept formed by drawing lessons from China’s vocational education in recent years and absorbing the advanced thinking of its foreign counterparts. Its main connotation is to take the post ability needs of students in the future as the goal, take the action in the work (task) as the direction of teaching and guidance, and design, organize and implement the teaching activities based on the specific post work and the requirements of the enterprise production tasks. Action-oriented teaching not only applies to vocational education, its teaching ideas and ideas are more suitable to enhance employee job competency as the goal of corporate job training activities. Not long ago, the postal education and training center in Beijing used action-oriented teaching method to organize a total of 30 second-level branch managers and financial managers of Fangshan District Post Office to carry out managers’ competency training and achieved very good results. There are
