目的分析2004—2010年甘肃省突发公共卫生事件网络报告食物中毒事件,为预防食物中毒事件发生提供相关依据。方法对2004—2010年甘肃省突发公共卫生事件网络报告食物中毒事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004—2010年甘肃省共报告食物中毒事件68起,中毒病例2 143例,死亡47例,病死率为2.19%;事件发生时间主要集中在6—10月,其中9月中毒例数最多(720例)。微生物性食物中毒为28起,有毒植物性13起,化学性22起;致死人数较多的因素依次为农药/鼠药(25例)、毒蘑菇(7例)、肉毒梭菌(4例)、亚硝酸盐(3例)和其他(8例)。结论甘肃省食物中毒事件中,微生物所导致食物中毒仍是较大的食品安全问题;而农药/鼠药中毒和蘑菇中毒是导致食物中毒事件中的主要死亡原因。
Objective To analyze the food poisoning incidents reported by Gansu Provincial Public Health Emergencies Network from 2004 to 2010 and provide relevant evidence for preventing food poisoning incidents. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on food poisoning incidents reported by Gansu Provincial Public Health Emergencies Network from 2004 to 2010. Results A total of 68 food poisoning incidents were reported in Gansu from 2004 to 2010, including 2 143 poisoning cases and 47 deaths, with a case fatality rate of 2.19%. Incidents occurred mainly in June-October, with the highest number of cases of poisoning in September 720 cases). There were 28 microbial inoculum, 13 toxic plant and 22 chemical. The most lethal factors were pesticide / rat poison (25 cases), poisonous mushroom (7 cases), Clostridium botulinum (4 cases ), Nitrite (3) and others (8). Conclusion Food poisoning caused by microorganisms in Gansu Province is still a major food safety problem. Pesticide / rat poisoning and mushroom poisoning are the main causes of death from food poisoning.
