一项调查报告显示,上海超两成女性认为就业时受到性别歧视。32岁的魏菁由于求职受挫而心灰意冷。魏菁说,她不明白,为什么自己名校硕士毕业又有多年工作经验,却在求职路上屡屡受挫,一位从事人力资源工作的朋友告诉她,因为自己已婚未育,用人单位担心,这样的女员工入职不久便会怀孕生育。上海市妇联副主席黎荣在调研中发现,在对女性就业问题上,用人单位的显性违法少,隐性违法多。(5月20日澎湃新闻)
