中铁一局电务公司是中国中铁旗下的三级子公司,有着60多年的发展历史,形成了独具特色的企业文化。近年来,企业在全面深化改革中迎接市场和管理的双重考验,切实提升发展质量和竞争能力,大力开展提质增效工作,是企业长足发展的迫切需要。如何在加强企业特色文化建设中不断丰富文化内涵,将其转化为内部凝聚力和外部竞争力,助力企业打好提质增效攻坚战,是企业持续发展的一个重要命题。
China Railway First Bureau Electrical Corporation is a three-level subsidiary of China Railway Group. It has a history of more than 60 years and has formed a unique corporate culture. In recent years, enterprises have met the dual challenges of market and management in comprehensively deepening reforms, earnestly improved the development quality and competitiveness, and vigorously carried out the work of improving quality and efficiency.
