伪彩色技术是一种图象增强处理技术,其处理过程是把黑白图象中各象素的数据量化、分级,对不同的量化级赋予不同的彩色加以显示,构成彩色图象,增强可识别程度。这种技术已广泛用于气象云图、遥感图片、医用x光片等。本文把这项技术用于扫描电镜的图象处理,在S-520扫描电镜上附加一个伪彩色处理电路,把电镜图象的视频信号,经过处理后,送到S-520扫描电镜的附件PV9100能量分析器的彩色显示器上,黑白图象变为十种颜色的伪彩色图象,提高了微观形貌的分辨能力。
Pseudo color technology is an image enhancement processing technology, its processing is to black and white image data in each pixel quantization, grading, different quantization levels to give different colors to be displayed to form a color image, enhanced identifiable degree.
