1.前言 随着飞机使用寿命的延长,对飞机胶接构件的质量也提出了更高的要求。胶接构件的质量主要指两个方面,一是胶接剂与被胶接件表面的粘接质量;一是胶接剂自身的内聚质量。目前国内对胶接结构的层板和蒙皮-蜂窝芯胶接质量的检测方法,主要是敲击、目视、谐振胶接仪、声阻仪等。一般说来这些方法具有原理可靠、轻便等特点。不足之处是多为手工操作,受人为因素影响大,灵敏度和可靠性不够理想。
