中国科学院北京植物园种子分类研究组,从5月5日~6月6日,在植物园内,连续举办了两期‘种子鉴定讲习班’。编有35万余字的讲义,内容颇为丰富,包括种子形态(豆科、禾本科、松科和其他林木种子)、化学(苯酚)、物理(荧光)、主化(电泳)以及切片、电镜扫描等常规鉴定法和现代新技术。讲习班聘请京区几位种子专家教授授课。讲习班以理论、实际操作和参观相结合的方式学习。讲习班学员来自四川、广西、黑龙江、青海、陕西等13个省区农林商检部门的初中级技术人员。为了更广泛地宣传种子真实性和品种纯度的鉴定技术,拟于今年11月中旬继续举办‘种子鉴定讲
Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing Botanical Garden Seed Classification Research Group, from May 5 to June 6, in the Botanical Garden, held two consecutive ’seed identification workshop’. More than 350,000 words of handouts are available, ranging from seed morphology (leguminous, grassy, Pinaceae and other tree seeds), chemistry (phenolics), physics (fluorescence), reification (electrophoresis) and slicing, Electron microscopy and other conventional identification methods and modern new technology. The workshop hired several seed experts and professors in Beijing area to teach. The workshop is a combination of theory, practice and visiting. The participants of the workshop came from junior and mid-level technicians of the inspection and quarantine departments of agriculture and forestry in 13 provinces and autonomous regions including Sichuan, Guangxi, Heilongjiang, Qinghai and Shaanxi.
