培养学生的英语口语能力是大学英语课程重要的教学目标。如何通过课堂教学提高学生口语水平?本文针对一、二年级非英语专业本科生口语中普遍存在的问题,从改进课堂教学角度提出相应的解决办法:通过选择富有情趣的口语话题和活动形式,采用适当的纠错方式来创造良好的课堂氛围,激发学生“说”的兴趣;通过在阅读与听力教学中介绍日常交际用语和相关中西语言文化差异,解释英语国家常见社会文化现象,展示地道英语口语表达的例子来增强学生口语交际能力。
Cultivating students’ ability to speak English is an important teaching goal in college English courses. How to improve students’ oral language level through classroom teaching? This article aims at solving problems commonly found in oral English among non-English major undergraduates in grade one and two, and proposes corresponding solutions from the perspective of improving classroom teaching: by selecting interesting oral topics and activity forms, Proper ways of correcting mistakes to create a good classroom atmosphere and stimulate students’ interest in “speaking”. By introducing everyday communication language and related Chinese and Western language and cultural differences in reading and listening teaching, we explain the common social and cultural phenomena in English-speaking countries and show the authentic Examples of spoken English expression to enhance students’ oral communication skills.
