目的优选参黄散的提取工艺。方法以层次分析法对大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、厚朴酚、丹参酮ⅡA的提取率、浸膏得率等6个指标进行权重分配计算综合评分,采用正交设计试验法考察乙醇浓度、药液比、提取次数对提取效果的影响,并对优化的提取工艺进行验证试验。结果较优的提取工艺为采用6倍体积60%乙醇,80℃水浴加热回流提取3次,每次1 h。验证试验显示大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、厚朴酚、丹参酮ⅡA的提取率分别为70.48%,57.36%,83.87%,49.18%,83.87%;浸膏得率为37.27%。结论优选的提取工艺简便、稳定、成本低,可用于参黄散的提取,有助于促进参黄散复方制剂的研究。
Purposes of the preferred Huangpi extraction process. Methods The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of 6 emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, honokiol, tanshinone ⅡA extraction rate, extract yield and other indicators were weighted to calculate the overall score, using orthogonal design test to examine the ethanol concentration, Liquid ratio, the number of extraction on the extraction effect, and to optimize the extraction process validation test. Results The optimal extraction process was 6 times volume of 60% ethanol, 80 ℃ water bath heating reflux extraction three times, each time 1 h. The validation test showed that the extraction rates of emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, honokiol and tanshinone ⅡA were 70.48%, 57.36%, 83.87%, 49.18% and 83.87%, respectively; the extraction yield was 37.27%. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is simple, stable, low cost and can be used for the extraction of Shen Huang San. It is helpful to promote the study of Shen Huang San Compound.
