检测44例原因不明室性早搏患者血清coxsackieB病毒中和抗体(CBVNT),同时对其中23例进行心内膜心肌活检(EMB),并分析室性早搏的起源部位、Lown分级,24h室早总数、QRS波间期、QRS波振幅。结果显示:EMB心肌有病变与正常的室早QRS波间期、QRS波振幅有显著性差别(P<0.05),但室早起源部位、Lown级别、24h室早总数无显著性差别(P>0.05)。CBVNT是否阳性与宝早起源部位、Lown级别、24h室早总数、QRS波间期、QRS波振幅均无关(P>0.05)。
