产业结构与就业结构的关系协调与否是衡量一个地区经济健康发展的重要标志。而对于我国的资源枯竭型城市而言,由于其资源型城市本身固有的产业结构的局限性,两个结构不相匹配的矛盾就显得愈加突出。本文选取了黑龙江伊春市作为林业资源枯竭型城市的典型案例,结合该市1997~2008年的数据对其产业结构和就业结构进行分析,并与同期国内的平均水平进行了比较,研究其中存在的主要问题,进而有针对性地提出了解决措施和对策。 The relationship between industrial structure and employment structure Coordination or not is a measure of the healthy development of a regional economy an important symbol.
