目的:观察复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠的作用。方法:以高脂饲料喂饲Wistar大鼠诱发胰岛素抵抗,并以小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ)ip,诱发Ⅱ型糖尿病。模型大鼠随机分组,ig给药。给药结束后取血进行血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)检测。结果:与模型组相比,复方灵芝降糖胶囊高,中,低剂量给药1个月后糖尿病大鼠血糖、TG、TC均明显下降,SOD值明显升高,统计学具显著意义。结论:复方灵芝降糖胶囊对大鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule on type Ⅱ diabetic rats. Methods: Wistar rats were fed with high fat diet to induce insulin resistance, and induced type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with small dose of streptozotocin (STZ) ip. Model rats were randomly assigned to ig administration. After administration, blood was taken for blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Results: Compared with the model group, the blood glucose, TG and TC of diabetic rats decreased significantly and the SOD value increased significantly after one month of high, middle and low doses of Ganoderma Hypoglycemic Capsule. The statistics was significant. Conclusion: Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule has a good effect on the type Ⅱ diabetic rat model.
