目的:调查了解2012年度某部新兵睡眠质量状况及其影响因素。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和自行设计的调查表对某部新兵512例的睡眠质量状况进行测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:本次检出有睡眠障碍61例,发生率12.3%。女性PSQI分值显著低于男性(P<0.05);睡眠障碍者PSQI分值非常显著高于睡眠正常者(P<0.01);女性新兵睡眠障碍发生率显著低于男性(P<0.05);对训练方式满意新兵睡眠障碍发生率非常显著低于对训练方式不满意新兵(P<0.01)。结论:新兵存在一定程度的睡眠障碍,应进行针对性干预,性别、对训练方式是否满意是影响睡眠质量的重要因素。
Objectives: To investigate and understand the status of sleep quality of some recruits in 2012 and its influencing factors. Methods: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) and self-designed questionnaire were used to evaluate the sleep quality of 512 recruits and analyze the influencing factors. Results: The detection of sleep disorders in 61 cases, the incidence rate of 12.3%. PSQI score of female was significantly lower than that of male (P <0.05); PSQI score of sleep disorder was significantly higher than that of normal sleep (P <0.01); the incidence of sleep disorder of female recruits was significantly lower than that of male (P <0.05) Satisfactory training methods The incidence of sleep disorders in recruits was significantly lower than that of the training methods (P <0.01). Conclusion: Recruits have a certain degree of sleep disorders, and should be targeted interventions, gender, and satisfaction with the training methods is an important factor affecting sleep quality.
