目的分析某煤矿机械化改造项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出控制职业病危害的措施和建议。方法主要采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有:煤尘、矽尘、电焊烟尘、木粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫化氢、二氧化锰、噪声、高温、紫外辐射等;工作场所中粉尘浓度检测结果中,呼尘范围为0.53~13.87mg/m~3,总尘范围为0.58~25.38mg/m~3,噪声作业人员8 h等效声级范围为65.2~100.4 d B(A),煤尘与噪声存在不同程度的超标。该项目总体布局、生产设备布局、建筑卫生学、应急救援设施、职业卫生管理等均符合国家有关法规规定,职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、辅助用室、职业健康监护等方面存在不足。结论该项目各类防护设施对职业病危害因素起到了一定的控制作用,建议完善职业病防护设施,加强职业卫生管理。
Objective To analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in a coal mine mechanized reconstruction project, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward the measures and suggestions to control occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards of the project are: coal dust, silica dust, welding dust, wood dust, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, manganese dioxide, noise, high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, etc .; workplace In the dust concentration test results, the dusting range was 0.53 ~ 13.87mg / m ~ 3, the total dust range was 0.58 ~ 25.38mg / m ~ 3, and the sound level of noise workers for 8h was 65.2 ~ 100.4 d B A), coal dust and noise exist in varying degrees of excessive. The overall layout of the project, layout of production equipment, building hygiene, emergency rescue facilities and occupational health management all meet the requirements of relevant state laws and regulations. There are deficiencies in occupational disease prevention facilities, personal protective equipment, auxiliary rooms and occupational health monitoring. Conclusion All kinds of protective facilities of this project have played a certain role in controlling occupational hazards. It is suggested to improve occupational disease prevention facilities and strengthen occupational health management.
