考察了合金元素In含量对Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金组织和电化学性能的影响、并探讨了其在人造海水中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:随着In含量的减少,Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti合金的组织变得更加均匀,析出相减少,枝晶数量减少,电化学性能也随之改善.当In含量为0.02%时,Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti合金的电流效率达86.3%,实际电容量为2407.3A.h/kg.在人造海水中腐蚀后,Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti合金腐蚀产物易脱落,表面均匀平整.
The effect of In content on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti alloy was investigated and the corrosion behavior of Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti alloy in artificial seawater was investigated. The results show that with the decrease of In content, -In-Mg-Ti alloy becomes more uniform, the precipitation phase decreases, the number of dendrites decreases, and the electrochemical performance also improves.When the content of In is 0.02%, the structure of Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti The current efficiency of the alloy reaches 86.3% and the actual capacitance is 2407.3 Ah / kg. The corrosion products of Al-5Zn-0.02In-1Mg-0.05Ti alloy are easy to peel off and the surface is even and flat after corrosion in artificial seawater.
