近年来,随着建筑工程的快速发展,物业管理行业作为小区的主要服务者,也在社会建设过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。能源是经济发展的基础,为了更好的缓解经济发展和能源消耗之间的矛盾,我国加快了建设节约型社会的步伐,对各行业都提出了节能的要求。物业管理行为则将节能的任务落实到了物业工程管理工作中,通过对管理区域内的照明和供水设备采取一系列的节能措施,有效的提高了运行效率,而且运行成本也得以降低,实现了节能的目标要求。对我国物业工程管理节能进行了概述,同时对物业工程节能管理的重要意义进行了分析,并进一步对物业工程管理中的机电节能措施进行了具体的阐述。
