冬季混凝土蓄热法施工,是通过保温围护结构使具有初始热量的混凝土在缓慢冷却过程中获得预期的强度。由于方法简便,易于控制,省能源,成本低,而且对混凝土无损害,因此受到国内外普遍重视。但是由于混凝土初始温度不能过高,冷却过程强度发展较慢,因此适用范围受到一定限制。为扩大其应用,国内广泛采用如下措施:蓄热+外加剂(早强剂、抗冻剂、减水剂等),蓄热+短时加热,蓄热+早强水泥,蓄热+简易棚罩等措施。
