选择适当气体对气敏元件进行表面处理是气敏元件表面修饰的重要方法．本文利用ＳＯ_２对Ｈ_２Ｓ气敏元件进行了不同条件的处理，使得气敏元件的灵敏度和选择性得到了明显的改善。
