飞速发展的IT技术为我们带来了种类繁多的数字化产品,既为消费者提供了丰富多样的选择和多姿多彩的生活享受,也带来 了使用和操作中的诸多不便。越来越多的证据显示广大的用户远远落后于科技的发展,他们不了解新技术有何作用,也不知道为何要添购新设备。在技术的先进性、复杂性和消费者所需的易用性之间出现了不和谐因素,AMD公司称这种现象为“技术断层”,并 相信技术创新与最终用户采用间的断层正在不断扩大,对最终用户和信息技术厂商来说,都有着长期的负面影响。因此AMD公司于9月在亚太地区举办了一系列客户权益倡议活动,由客户权益倡议副总裁Patrick Moorhead先生向用户阐明技术断层的含义和解决之道。
