2005年2月19日,大宇重工业2005年营销拓展大会在烟台召开。大宇重工业烟台有限公司总经理蔡奎全先生及来自全国的20个支社、170余位销售代表参加了此次盛会。此次大会是大宇重工业成立十年来首次挖掘机、叉车、机床、发动机四种产品联合召开的销售会议,这进一步体现了公司整合中国销售业务、为进入中国外资投资百强的目标而作出的努力。会上,大宇重工业烟台有限公司总经理蔡奎全总结肯定了2004年取得的成绩,部署了2005年新的工作任务,制定了第二个十年计划,并奖励了2004年销售、售后服务业绩突出人员。同时,公司相关部门负责人就销售政策、售后服务政策、产品及技术优势等方面向与会人员作了讲解与说明。最后,挖掘机、叉车、机床,发动机各支社人员进行了分组培训并展开小组讨论,对相关产品的技术要点进行了深入解析,并确定了新的一年工作开展的计划和目标。
