浮选法提高镍精矿品位一直是镍选矿中的一大难题。通过长期的试验研究，从工艺流程到浮选药剂，逐渐探索出几种有效的技术措施。本文着重对浓缩脱水、硫酸调浆以及抑制剂KQ和SK－118的试验情况进行了阐述。通过上述技术措施，实现了抑铜浮镍的目的，大大提高了镍精矿品位．成功地获得了超级镍精矿。
Flotation method to improve the grade of nickel concentrate has been a major challenge in the nickel dressing.
