80年代以来,我国的厚煤层综采放顶煤技术得到长足发展,并已取得显著的技术经济效益。但在此项技术推广应用过程中,经常遇到的难题之一是综放面运输巷、回风巷的维护问题。全面介绍了在邢台矿综放面回风巷试验成功的锚杆支护新技术,进而分析研究了全煤巷道锚杆支护机理及其围岩变形破坏特征,以及采用锚杆支护所取得的技术经济效果。
Since the 1980s, the technology of fully mechanized top coal caving in thick coal seam in our country has made great progress and has obtained remarkable technical and economic benefits. However, in the process of popularization and application of this technology, one of the frequently encountered problems is the maintenance of transportation laneways and return airways in fully mechanized caving face. The paper introduces the new technology of bolt support successfully tested in the return airway of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in Xingtai Mine and analyzes the bolt supporting mechanism and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the whole coal gateway as well as the effect of the bolt support The technical and economic results.
