动机、兴趣、情感、意志等非智力因素是理解人类学习行为的本质因素,它是引导和促进学生学习、成长的一种内驱力,对学生智力与能力的发展起着动力和定向的作用。在化学教学中做好学生非智力因素的培养,对提高课堂效果及教学质量起着非常重要的作用。
Motivation, interest, emotion, will and other non-intellectual factors are the essential factors to understand the learning behavior of human beings. It is an internal driving force that guides and promotes students ’learning and growth, and plays a driving and direct role in the development of students’ intelligence and abilities . Doing a good job of cultivating non-intelligence factors in chemistry teaching plays an important role in improving classroom effect and teaching quality.
