以扑热息痛为模板,邻苯二胺为单体,采用电聚合法制备了分子印迹-多壁碳纳米管复合膜修饰电极,研究了扑热息痛在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,该修饰电极对扑热息痛的电极反应具有明显的电催化活性。该修饰电极对扑热息痛的方波伏安检测线性范围为2.0×10-6—8.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L。该修饰电极显示了良好的稳定性和重现性。
Using paracetamol as a template and o-phenylenediamine as monomer, a molecularly imprinted-multiwalled carbon nanotube composite electrode was prepared by electropolymerization. The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol at the modified electrode was studied. The results show that the modified electrode has obvious electrocatalytic activity on the electrode reaction of paracetamol. The linear range of the square wave voltammetry of the modified electrode to paracetamol was 2.0 × 10-6-8.0 × 10-5mol / L with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10-8mol / L. The modified electrode shows good stability and reproducibility.
