随着我国推行建筑工程项目管理体制以来,形成了以施工总承包为龙头、以专业施工企业为骨干、以劳务作业为依托的企业组织结构型式。建筑施工企业面临着激烈的市场竞争,企业能否在市场竞争中立于不败之地,关键在于企业能否为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品。本文主要介绍了建筑工程项目施工管理在实际工程中如何科学应用,以期提高项目管理水平。
With the implementation of the management system of construction projects in our country, we have formed the organizational structure of enterprises based on general construction contracting, professional construction enterprises, and labor services. The construction enterprises are faced with fierce market competition. Whether the enterprises can stand invincible in the market competition depends on whether the enterprises can provide the community with high-quality, short-term and low-cost construction products. This article mainly introduces how construction project construction management is applied scientifically in practical project in order to improve project management level.
