[目的]探讨Pax8蛋白在不同系统上皮和上皮源性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化及组织芯片的方法检测Pax8蛋白在不同系统上皮与上皮源性肿瘤中的表达。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。[结果]Pax8蛋白在各个系统中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。正常组织中,Pax8在内分泌系统、泌尿系统及女性生殖系统上皮中的表达较多,阳性率分别是40.0%、60.0%和76.9%。肿瘤组织中,Pax8在肾细胞癌的阳性表达率为65.2%,甲状腺癌中的表达为66.7%,子宫内膜腺癌中的表达为80.0%。在卵巢中,92.8%浆液性癌表达Pax8,卵巢子宫内膜样癌、透明细胞癌中Pax8的阳性表达率为81.8%和82.3%。Pax8在其他系统的上皮及其肿瘤中微弱表达或者不表达。[结论]Pax8蛋白主要特异性表达在泌尿及苗勒氏起源器官的上皮及上皮源性肿瘤中,在甲状腺也可见较强表达,可用于常规病理诊断的鉴别诊断。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Pax8 protein in epithelial and epithelial tumors of different systems. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray were used to detect the expression of Pax8 in different epithelial and epithelial tumors. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. [Results] The expression of Pax8 protein in each system was statistically significant (P<0.001). In normal tissues, Pax8 expressed more in the endocrine system, urinary system and female reproductive system epithelium, the positive rates were 40.0%, 60.0% and 76.9%, respectively. In tumor tissues, the positive rate of Pax8 in renal cell carcinoma was 65.2%, in thyroid carcinoma 66.7%, and in endometrial adenocarcinoma 80.0%. In the ovary, 92.8% of serous carcinomas expressed Pax8. The positive expression rates of Pax8 in ovarian endometrioid carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma were 81.8% and 82.3%. Pax8 is weakly expressed or not expressed in the epithelium and other tumors of other systems. [Conclusion] Pax8 protein was mainly expressed in epithelial and epithelial-derived tumors of urinary and Mullerian origin organs. It also showed strong expression in thyroid gland. It can be used for the differential diagnosis of routine pathological diagnosis.
