目的 观察某口腔含漱液的杀菌效果及毒性,为实际应用提供参考依据。方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对某口腔含漱液实验室杀菌效果及毒性进行试验观察。结果 该口腔含漱液主要杀菌成分为含2980mg/L葡萄糖酸氯己定与体积分数3%乙醇等组成的复方乳液,原液pH值为5.84。用该含漱液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用5.0min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。该口腔含漱液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5000mg/kgBW,为实际无毒级;一次皮肤刺激试验、一次阴道黏膜刺激试验均为无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性。结论 该口腔含漱液杀菌效果良好,对皮肤黏膜无刺激性,为实际无毒级物质。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a mouth rinse, and provide a reference for practical application. Methods The bactericidal effect and toxicity of a mouthwash in a laboratory were observed by quantitative suspension sterilization and animal experiment. Results The main bactericidal component of the oral gargle was a compound emulsion consisting of 2980mg / L chlorhexidine gluconate and 3% ethanol by volume. The pH of the stock solution was 5.84. The gargle solution on the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa effect 5.0min, the killing logarithm values were> 5.00; on the suspension of Candida albicans kill logarithm> 4.00. The oral gargle on mice acute oral toxicity test LD50> 5000mg / kgBW, the actual non-toxic level; a skin irritation test, a vaginal mucosal irritation test were non-irritating; mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronuclei Test results were negative; a skin irritation test, acute eye irritation test is non-irritating. Conclusion The oral gargle germicidal effect is good, non-irritating to the skin and mucous membranes, as the actual non-toxic substances.
