目的：研究气喘片中３种主要成份的含量测定方法。方法：反相高效液相色谱法。结果：平均回收率（ｎ＝５）氨茶碱为１０１．１％，盐酸麻黄碱为９７．０％，盐酸苯海拉明为１００．８％，日间日内ＲＳＤ均小于１．６％。结论：本法具有操作简便，重复性好，灵敏度高等特点。
Objective: To study the method of determination of the content of three main components in the asthma tablets. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The average recovery (n = 5) was 101.1% for aminophylline, 97.0% for ephedrine hydrochloride and 100.8% for diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The intraday RSDs were all less than 1.6%. Conclusion: This method has the advantages of simple operation, good repeatability and high sensitivity.
