为建立工作场所空气中硝基甲苯3种异构体的氢火焰气相色谱测定方法,用溶剂解吸型硅胶管采样空气中的硝基甲苯,用甲醇解吸,经DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,用氢火焰检测器测定。结果显示,硝基甲苯的3种异构体在0.07~69.8μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 9),邻硝基甲苯、间硝基甲苯、对硝基甲苯的检出限分别为0.07、0.19、0.13μg/ml,RSD为0.8%~7.28%,解吸效率为96.8%~99.6%,加标回收率为95.9%~104.1%,在4℃冰箱中样品至少可稳定7 d。该方法操作简单,检测灵敏度高,能快速定性定量,适用于工作场所空气中硝基甲苯的检测。
