国际贸易涉及对外出口和对内进口双向交易流程,客户信用管理和收汇管理是国际贸易对外出口过程中非常重要的两项管理内容,关系到国际贸易企业能否强化内部管理,合理规避企业风险,促进企业健康良好的发展。本文探索企业在客户信用管理与收汇管理方面存在的不足,并思考提高企业客户信用管理和收汇管理的可行对策,对国际贸易企业及时规避风险、保证企业利润、维护企业健康发展具有重大意义。
International trade involves the two-way transaction process of foreign export and inward import. The management of customer credit and collection of foreign exchange is two very important management contents in the process of exportation of international trade. It is related to whether international trade enterprises can strengthen internal management and avoid business risks reasonably , To promote the healthy and sound development of enterprises. This paper explores the existing problems in the management of customers ’credit and the collection of foreign exchange, and considers the feasible countermeasures to improve the management of corporate customers’ credit and the management of foreign exchange collection. It is of great significance for international trading enterprises to avoid risks in time, ensure profits and maintain the healthy development of enterprises .
