国土资源类专业实施“2+1”(或2.5+0.5)教学模式改革已近十年,效果分析表明:弱势大于优势,尤其是“散养式”的顶岗实习弊大于利。以学生群体为对象,以教师为主导,利用实训基地进行模拟生产教学是实现学生综合能力培养目标的有效途径。
The reform of teaching mode of “2 + 1” (or 2.5 + 0.5) has been carried out for nearly ten years in the specialty of land and resources. The result shows that: the disadvantage is greater than the advantage, especially the “free-standing” Taking student group as object and teacher as leading factor, it is an effective way to carry out simulated production teaching with practical training base to achieve the goal of students’ comprehensive ability cultivation.
