高校学生奖助学金是国家从"科教兴圆"和"人才强国"战略高度,为实现"不让一个大学生因家庭经济困难而失擘"的教育宗旨,促进教育公平、构建和谐校园、大力培养社会主义合格建设人才和可靠接班人的重要举措.本文针对这一政策实施过程中存在的问题,提出高校学生奖助工作体系的构建与完善对策.
