利用X 射线衍射、电子探针、电子顺磁共振和红外光谱对贵阳、遵义和修文等地高岭土的物质成分和热物理特性进行了研究。根据高岭土的化学和矿物成分、颜色形成机理和白度 ,说明高岭土样品中含有铁和钛 ,并研究了它们对高岭土白度的影响。不同地区高岭土样品的结构、形态、白度和颜色是不同的。高岭土中铁和钛存在的形式对其白度具有重要影响。此外 ,还测定了高岭土的热物理特性 ,发现了贵州高岭土具有小的热膨胀系数和高的发射率 ,它的相变产物是莫来石和方英石。
The material composition and thermophysical properties of kaolin in Guiyang, Zunyi and Xiuwen were studied by X-ray diffraction, electron probe, electron paramagnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy. Based on the chemical and mineral composition, color formation mechanism and whiteness of kaolin, the sample contains kaolin and iron and titanium, and their effects on the whiteness of kaolin are studied. The structure, morphology, whiteness and color of kaolin samples in different areas are different. The presence of iron and titanium in kaolin has an important effect on the whiteness. In addition, the thermal physical properties of kaolin were also determined. It was found that Guizhou kaolin has a small coefficient of thermal expansion and high emissivity, and its phase transition products are mullite and cristobalite.
