1197例放置北京金属塑料混合环2年时的观察结果,每百妇女净累积妊娠率8.56,100例妊娠中异位妊娠2例。每百妇女净累积脱落率2.98。因症取出率5.58,78.5%因出血取出。24个月时的每百妇女净累积继续使用率为81.58,共使用了25 002.5个妇女月。结果表明,金塑环的主要优点是低脱落率,从而证实支撑力是环型IUD脱落率高低的决定因素。和其他惰性IUD一样,带器妊娠率较高是其缺点,有待改进。
The results of 1197 cases of placing the metal-plastic hybrid ring in Beijing for two years showed a net cumulative pregnancy rate of 8.56,100 women per 100 women and two cases of ectopic pregnancy in pregnancy. The net cumulative shedding rate per 100 women is 2.98. Due to disease removal rate of 5.58, 78.5% due to bleeding removed. The net cumulative continuing utilization rate per 100 women at 24 months was 81.58, for a total of 25 002.5 women’s months. The results show that the main advantage of the gold-plastic ring is the low dropout rate, thus confirming the supportive force is the determining factor of the ring IUD shedding rate. As with other inert IUDs, higher pregnancy rates are the drawbacks that need to be improved.
