用微量热法研究了水杨醛氨基葡萄糖席夫碱SG配体及其金属配合物和金属离子对大肠杆菌的代谢抑制.根据大肠杆菌的生长代谢热谱,计算出细菌在指数生长期的生长速率常数k、传代时间G、细菌生长抑制率I和代谢热量Q.结果表明:不同化合物的抗菌活性不同;SG配体和金属离子形成配合物后其抗菌活性均增强,抗菌活性强弱顺序是:SG>Co(Ⅲ)SG>ZnSG>Cu(Ⅱ)SG和Zn2+>Co2+>Cu2+>Ni2+.
The metabolic inhibition of Escherichia coli by salicylaldehyde glucosamine Schiff base SG ligand and its metal complexes and metal ions was studied by calorimetry. According to the growth metabolic heat spectrum of Escherichia coli, the growth rate constants k, the passage time G, the bacterial growth inhibition rate I and the metabolic calorific value Q of bacteria during exponential growth phase were calculated. The results showed that the antibacterial activities of different compounds were different. The antibacterial activities of SG ligands and metal ions were enhanced after the complexes were formed. The order of antibacterial activity was SG> Co (Ⅲ) SG> ZnSG> Cu (Ⅱ) SG and Zn2 + > Co2 +> Cu2 +> Ni2 +.
