目的探索在三甲医院中医护人员及患者对药学服务模式的需求特点,以及对药师具体工作的意见和态度。方法问卷调查我院医护人员和患者对药师及药学服务的认识。结果医药市场的混乱状况及不规范用药、各群体对药学服务有强大需求。结论医护人员、患者对药师的工作和药学服务模式提出较高的希望和要求。加强药师与患者及临床科室的沟通,引导患者向药师咨询用药等方面的问题实属迫切和必须。
Objective To explore the characteristics of demand for pharmacy service mode in Chinese medicine nursing staff and patients in the top three hospitals and their opinions and attitudes towards the specific work of pharmacists. Methods Questionnaire investigation of medical staff and patients in our hospital on pharmacists and pharmacy services. As a result, the chaotic status of the pharmaceutical market and the non-standard medication, all groups have strong demand for pharmaceutical services. Conclusion Medical staffs and patients have higher expectations and demands for pharmacists’ work and pharmacy service mode. It is urgent and necessary to strengthen the communication between pharmacists and patients and clinical departments and to guide patients to consult pharmacists for medication and other aspects.
