Qu Qiubai’s literary thought is always mixed with the classic Chinese literary taste. However, he eventually chose to face the difficult adaptation of modern literary thought and became an early modern Chinese writer and Marxist-Leninist theorist critic. From aristocrats to ministers, Qu Qiubai tried hard to complete the modern quest for the taste of classical literature and art.
