目的探讨紫外线预照射猪皮覆盖自体微粒皮治疗深度烧伤的临床疗效。方法67例深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者,随机分为实验组(35例)和对照组(32例),实验组的烧伤创面覆盖的猪皮预先经40 W紫外线预照射2 h,对照组烧伤创面所覆盖的猪皮未经紫外线照射,比较两组烧伤创面的愈合效果。结果实验组烧伤创面平均愈合时间(28.4±2.2)d,显著少于对照组的(35.8±2.5)d,创面感染率低于对照组(20.0%vs.43.7%),而创面Ⅰ类愈合率高于对照组(80.0%vs.56.2%)(P<0.05)。结论紫外线预照射猪皮覆盖自体微粒皮用于深度烧伤创面能显著加快创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultraviolet pre-irradiation pig skin covered autologous skin microdermabrasion in the treatment of deep burn. Methods Sixty-seven patients with deep second degree burn were randomly divided into experimental group (35 cases) and control group (32 cases). In the experimental group, pig skin covered with burn wound was pre-irradiated with 40 W UV light for 2 hours. The covered pigskin was not exposed to ultraviolet light and the healing effect of the two groups of burn wounds was compared. Results The mean wound healing time was 28.4 ± 2.2 days in the experimental group (35.8 ± 2.5 days), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.0% vs 43.7%), while the wound healing rate Higher than the control group (80.0% vs.56.2%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of UV pre-irradiation pig skin covering autologous particulate skin for deep burn wound healing can significantly accelerate the wound healing.
