通过试验研究 ,确定了镇海发电有限责任公司 4号炉燃烧器烧损的原因 ,并对锅炉再热汽温低、排烟温度高的问题进行了深入分析 ,提出了燃烧系统、再热器、省煤器技术改造方案。方案实施后效果显著 ,对 2 0 0MW机组锅炉节能挖潜工作具有借鉴意义
Through the experimental study, the reason of the burning of No.4 furnace in Zhenhai Power Generation Co., Ltd. was determined. The problems of low reheat steam temperature and high exhaust gas temperature were also analyzed. Combustion system, reheater, Economizer technological transformation program. After the implementation of the program, the effect is remarkable, which is of reference to the energy-saving and tapping potential of boilers in the 200MW unit
