泰顺县民族中学是浙江省六所民族中学之一,学校原称“泰顺县司前初级中学”,1986年11月经县人民政府报送省民族宗教事务委员会核准后,发文更名为“泰顺县司前民族中学”,1992年8月更名为“泰顺县民族中学”。学校占地面积为16096平方米,建筑面积5178平方米,现有教学班12个,学生667人,其中少数民族学生220人,占全校学生的33．1％,住校生335人。学校现有专职教师46人,其中高级职称教师13人,中级职称教师23人,少数民族教师8人,有多名市、县级名师、教坛新秀和名师培养对象。学校现有多媒体教室、学生电脑室、美术室、音乐室、舞蹈室、卫生室及省初中一类配备的物理、化学、生物实验室等,师资力量与教学设备均处于县级一流水平。
Taishun County Ethnic High School is one of the six ethnic high schools in Zhejiang Province. The school was formerly known as Taishun Pre-Division Junior High School. After being submitted to the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee by the County People’s Government in November 1986, the document was renamed “Thai”. Shun County Siqian National Middle School“ was renamed ”Taishun County Ethnic Middle School" in August 1992. The school covers an area of 16,096 square meters and a building area of 5,178 square meters. It has 12 teaching classes and 667 students, including 220 minority students, accounting for 33.1% of all students and 335 students. There are 46 full-time teachers in the school, including 13 teachers with senior titles, 23 teachers with intermediate titles, and 8 minority teachers. There are many famous teachers at the city and county level, as well as new talents for teachers and teachers. The school has existing multi-media classrooms, student computer rooms, art studios, music rooms, dance studios, health clinics, and provincial junior high schools equipped with physical, chemical, and biological laboratories. Teachers and teaching equipment are at the county-level level.
