情感教育是教育过程的一部分,它关注教育过程中学生的态度、情绪、情感以及信念,以促进学生的个体发展和整个社会的健康发展。即情感教育是使学生身心感到愉快的教育,是班主任教师必须具备的教育手段之一。班主任对学生的关心爱护,应该像春雨“随风潜入夜,润物细无声”。班主任要有意识地以积极的情感去教育学生、激励学生,让学生从中得出积极的、肯定的反应,从而达到教育目的。在此,我想和大家谈一下在班主任工作中开展情感教育的一些粗浅的认识和体会。
Emotional education is part of the educational process. It focuses on the attitudes, emotions, emotions and beliefs of students in the process of education so as to promote the individual development of students and the healthy development of society as a whole. Emotional education is to make students feel happy body and mind education is one of the class teacher must have an educational tool. Class teacher care and concern for students, should be like spring “sneaked into the night with the wind, moisten things silently ”. The teacher should be conscious of a positive emotion to educate students, motivate students, so that students can draw a positive, positive response, so as to achieve the purpose of education. Here, I would like to talk with you about some superficial understanding and experience in carrying out emotional education in the class teacher’s work.
