劳动合同制度是我国劳动用工制度中极其重要的组成部分。虽然劳动合同制度在我国已经实施多年,但不少地区和单位在实际管理过程中仍然存在着这样那样的问题,严重影响了管理的规范性。从高校入手对劳动合同管理中存在的问题进行分析,有助于提出相应的解决措施。
The labor contract system is an extremely important part of the employment system in our country. Although the labor contract system has been implemented in our country for many years, many areas and units still have such problems in the actual management process, seriously affecting the normative management. The analysis of the problems existing in labor contract management from colleges and universities helps to put forward corresponding solutions.
